I am in agreement with you there are relaxation techniques as you have mentioned,that if practiced regularly will indeed help your stress levels.But people with anxiety disorder have a harder time coping with stress and it leads them into a depressed state of mind.That’s why i believe a natural approach to end anxiety is the best.
